Rhayne & Shine Cleaning Co provides House Cleaning, Maid Service, Home Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning Service, Move Out Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Regular Cleaning Service and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Rhayne & Shine Cleaning Co (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination. Rhayne & Shine Cleaning Co may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rhayne & Shine Cleaning Co makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Rhayne & Shine Cleaning Co arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Rhayne & Shine Cleaning Co harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under KY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in KY for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
